A Customer Success Manager is a dedicated professional who works with you to ensure that you get the most out of AnyDesk. They will help you understand how to use AnyDesk for your use case, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide customized support and guidance along the way.

You will automatically be assigned, depending on your contract and license type. Please ask your sales representative if you qualify for individual support from a Customer Success Manager.

Your Customer Success Manager will provide individual support and guidance based on your specific needs and goals. This may include help with onboarding, product training, assistance with configuring AnyDesk, and ongoing support as needed.

If you encounter any issues, your Customer Success Manager will be your first point of contact. They will work with you to identify the root cause of the issue and provide a timely solution to get things running smoothly again.

Your Customer Success Manager will assess with you how AnyDesk can help your business succeed. We are happy to provide you with all the information your need to make informed decisions.

Your Customer Success Manager will contact you shortly after your purchase and assist you via email, phone, or video call. The booking links to individual calls are exclusive and will be sent by email directly from your dedicated Customer Success Manager.

If, for any reason, you would like to work with a different Customer Success Manager, you can simply request to be assigned to a new manager at any time.

If you want to upgrade your AnyDesk plan, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Technical Support team. We're happy to help you find the best plan that fits your needs. You can also submit a ticket in our help section on my.anydesk.
